Why?

With the advent of the internet, there are literally millions of pages of information on financial planning….and sadly literally millions of pages of unqualified information. Research has shown that when we feel ill, more than 80% of us now turn to Google first to try and diagnose our symptoms. Thankfully, before most of us trust this ‘diagnosis’ we do consult a qualified doctor face to face. A qualified doctor gets to see you, listen to you, asks questions to find out how you feel, can consider your family history, your occupation and decide the best course of action.

Very few of us can honestly believe that self-diagnosis using unqualified information from the internet is really in the best interests of our health. So why would anyone attempt the same with their future financial security?

Sadly some do, but making unqualified decisions and choices will have a profound effect on your long term financial security.
